By default, you are not required to submit your documents on KoinKoin. It might be required based on Terms of Service in certain cases, as well as cases when the user wants to obtain higher account level tiers for higher withdrawal limits and lower trading fees.
To upload documents navigate to the "Verification" section and submit the above documentation.
“Network Error” when uploading documents
- If you encounter "Network Error" when uploading your documents, Check the size of your files.
- The size of each file should not exceed 300KB.
- Also, keep in mind that the quality of the uploaded files should be at least 300 DPI.
- After doing so, if you still encounter the Network Error, contact the support team.
- This process can take up to 5 working days, depending on the documents that you submit.
- The support team will contact you via email if additional information is required.
